Short and sweet. I was given Sally Hansens Fuzzy Coat....YUK was my first thought. BUT; before passing it on to one that likes that style;I tried it. This is ...Sation/Dance with the drummer(darker than I like) with S.H. Fuzzy Coat "Wool Kool" blue. Whacha think? I'm still deciding. Pics are the best i can get with a $5 web cam, If you stop by SAY SO!!!!!!
WOW; here it is March 2014!! Time flies when......you are trying to live, or at best exist. Or when days become flooded with chaos,drama,sickness; lack and heartache. There MUST be better days coming; right? YES by the grace of God who blesses me every day;there is. He never promised me no stormy days; just that HE would ALWAYS be with me and see me THROUGH them. The scripture says..."ye though I walk THROUGH the valley; it doesn't say "ye though I set up homestead in it"......now does it?LOL
Why is "tough love" so painful for the one having to show it?But that's another blog. For now I shall post my manis;and yes i know some may be dupes.....but who cares?
Hello walls; Still in a downward spiral of sorts with my inability to create a mani that I am proud of.HOWEVER; this one is close BUUUUTTTTTT.....I cannot get a decent pic of it!! It is alive with sparkly diamonds(glitter being the poor girls diamonds) and well it's just super to me. Pale pink base,SHansen ; but the designs are handmade by me!!!! I fiddle-faddled around with some glittered enamel paints etc. on plastic,let it dry then just picked out various shapes etc. Such fun!!
So; here goes the posting of the few pics I did get.....as if anyone cares or may even see.All indoors under 75watt bulb and CHEEEEP web cam.
I am in a pure funk tonight. I have done my own natural nails since I was 11 yr. old. And yesterday I did my mani 3 times!!!! NOT ONE THING went right. It all started out in my thoughts. I did my prep.Removal,clean,repaired 2 and so on.
Got my base on, and went to choose my colors.............. Ever had the kind of mental tangent where; nothing looked good,but they all had potential?I mean color combos? From that 30 minutes on ,there was just NO connection with the image in my head and my nails. Make sense ya'll?
So, I just did, this,that and more of it. At one point I was.........I should have, I could have called it done .O NOOOOOOO;not me.Another 30 minutes and it looked like I had my nails in a blender.hahahahahahaha OFF it all came. Then repeat. As they say trial and error,error, yes error. And even TEARS! WHAT is going on with me?!!!
It's like going through menopause of nails(follow me?) ANOTHER TRY and 4designs later.......i'm seeeing double,polish to my knuckles and angry. One of the things I so loved about me,is my nail grooming and embellishment. For 49 years;now I look like.....YUK. I'm going to post and without shame show what i've done lately.And yesterdays too,sorry.
